three categories: Strength, Align and Calm.
Each category has different benefits and will work you
in different ways.
Strength classes
strengthen, tone and push your cardio.
Align
classes build strength slowly through long holds.
Calm classes stretch and relax you: they’re the best complement to
a workout.
There’s a yoga class for every need, whether you want
to regain your flexibility, tone up, wind down or push yourself in new and
surprising ways.
