On 30 August, the Virgin Active Fitness Club WestGate opens its doors for the very first time. And with it comes The Grid – a new, high-intensity interval training programme to get you moving in ways you never knew you could.
Push. Pull. Squat. Bend. Twist. Lunge. And shock your body Grid fit.
There are four different classes to choose from: Active, Lean, Strong, Fit. And each one is suitable for everyone, whether you’re a regular gym goer or just want to get that bit fitter.
You can do The Grid as part of a class. Or, if you prefer to do your own thing, you can use the specially-designed floor and specially-chosen kit in your individual workout.
