Your Ignition is a super important 1 hour rendezvous between you and one of our smiley Fitness Professionals. Firstly we’ll chat about your fitness goals and get to know you better, and it’s a great time to chat about any injuries or specific interests you might have. Once we have a good picture of where you’re at and where you want to go, we’re going to hit the gym floor. Here the Fit Pro will put together and demonstrate a Personalized Training Program, something you’ll feel comfy doing on your own.

Couple of things to remember: Make sure you wear comfy gym clothes, bring a towel and water bottle and turn up a couple minutes early. If you can’t make it, please give us a call to reschedule.

AntiGravity® is a very unique way in which to train and have fun! It will take you outside your comfort zone, help you to build trust and get you looking at the world upside down. So here's 5 things you need to know:

1. You must wear a T shirt (not a singlet) and long tights or pants
2. You must take off your jewelry and we ask that you wear clothes without zippers and short nails
3. Be aware that there are some contraindications for inverting (going upside down) Speak to your instructor
4. If you are more than 5mins late, your hammock will be given to the first member waiting and you will not be able to join the class
5. Prepare yourself to go upside down, see the world differently and have fun!

Dear Members and Guests,

In order to keep our club safe and awesome for everyone to enjoy, we would like to quickly remind you of a few golden rules to make sure you have the best experience.

Before exercising make sure you get enough sleep and maintain a proper diet.

Closed footwear should be worn at all times including when moving between classes and changing rooms.

Please keep food off the training floor, studios or locker rooms. If you would like to grab a quick bite, please visit our V Café.

Training and privacy for all members and guests is very important and please ask approval before taking photos of others in our club. In places such as changing rooms and swimming pool we appreciate no photos to be taken in these areas.
