When are payments due?

Payments are made fortnightly every second Thursday. Simply click here for a copy of a calendar outlining direct debit dates and key dates to manage your membership.

What time are the clubs open?

Opening times vary from club to club so simply head to our Locations page to check our yours.   Virgin Active is open every day except New Year’s Day. To see the club opening hours and contact details, please click here.

Can I use other clubs?

Absolutely. We have different memberships with different access to other clubs. For all the ins and outs of using other clubs, please check out our Reciprocal Rights policy.

Do you provide workout gear and towels?

With convenience in mind, complimentary workout gear, including shorts, t-shirts, and socks, plus towels are available at our Collection clubs.  Collection clubs include Empire Tower, EmQuartier, Siam Discovery, and Wireless Road.

Can I bring a friend to workout with me?

Working out with a buddy is always more fun. Our members can bring a friend for a complimentary workout.  Simply visit MyLocker, our member portal, to access invites for your buddies to enjoy a free workout and access to online workouts.  And if they join, you’ll be rewarded.  T&Cs apply.

Can I freeze my membership?

Of course.  We know that sometimes you may need a break so simply let us know by close of business on the Sunday before your next direct debit and we’ll pop your membership on freeze.  A freeze fee applies.

How can I cancel my membership?

Simply pop into the club or email us to let us know by Sunday close of business before the next direct debit and we’ll cancel your membership. An early termination fee will apply if the cancellation is within the minimum commitment period.

How do I request a tax invoice for my membership?

Simply hop into MyLocker and head to "My Account" and click ‘account statements’ in My Account to download tax invoices.
